Arklow Rock Parnells legend Tommy Byrne has been inducted into Wicklow GAA’s hall of fame after well over 50 years at the heart of Gaelic Games in the county.
Byrne’s induction was announced at Saturday night’s Garden County All-Star ceremony at the Arklow Bay Hotel, and while the night’s other award winners had been previously announced, the Hall of Fame prize remained a tightly guarded secret.
