We are located in NC and this past fall we had to remove a dead pine tree which passed due to pine bark beetles. We had a few arborists come out to confirm and they all strongly suggested that we get the other living trees treated a couple times a year. A couple of them said we could probably handle treatment myself but time has passed and I forget what exactly was needed.

I see some amazon products for a tree stake with imidacloprid, but I think they suggested getting it or another chemical in a liquid form and spraying the tree. I was wondering if you all ahead any suggestions, videos or resources I could look into doing this project my self.

In the 4th photo I was wondering if that looks like signs of beetles already with the hole. Thanks!
