Home Bargains is stocking an affordable ‘charming’ garden light that the retailer claims transforms any outdoor area into a ‘visually striking’ space. The budget chain has built its reputation nationwide by offering an extensive range of products at competitive prices, spanning homeware, toiletries, groceries, and gardening essentials.
As spring approaches, the retailer has updated its garden product selection, featuring several solar-powered lighting options and other decorations. Among them is the Firefly Hanging Watering Can Solar Light, which is priced at £5.99.
Despite the £6 price tag, the light costs nothing to operate, harnessing solar power instead of mains electricity. This means customers can position it outside where it will automatically illuminate after dark.
Home Bargains describes the light as ‘delightful’, boasting a ‘waterfall’ effect. The ornamental lantern produces a ‘visually striking’ display with its sparkling LED string lights cascading from the spout, mimicking flowing water.
According to the retailer, it’s perfect for ‘adding warmth’ to gardens, balconies, patios, or pathways, reports the Mirror. Standing at 80cm tall, the Firefly Hanging Watering Can Solar Light switches on automatically at dusk. The LEDs emit a ‘warm white’ glow with a ‘twinkle effect’. Featuring 37 LED bulbs, Home Bargains describes the Firefly Hanging Watering Can Solar Light as ‘easy to install’. A rechargeable battery is also supplied in the box.
Whilst several similar alternatives are currently on the market, Home Bargains’ £5.99 offering remains amongst the most affordable. Very also lists a Smart Solar Firefly Decor Can at £15, which the retailer notes is ‘selling fast’.
