Oh my goodness – I never thought of growing my own pansies, but I'm going to give them a go! I can't wait to see yours in full bloom!!! We just got dumped on by 15 inches more of snow here in NJ, so I am really looking forward to SPRING!!
Do you think you will ever get any avocados from your avocado tree?
My Meyer lemon trees leaves are turning yellow and I wasn’t sure how to treat it. I did order the iron from your store, so hopefully my tree will bounce back! So thankful for your channel.💚
The forcing pot is gorgeous. I love it. You can also use one of those five gallon buckets you get from hardware stores with a heavy rock on top. Not cute at all, but it works.
Every time you find some rocks or things stacked up, you’ll say “ that’s got Samantha written all over it .” 😂😂😂
Hi 👋 Laura
In the greenhouse, I think it might look amazing if it will grow as a standard? Would that be a pruning maintenance nightmare?
Thanks Laura! 🪴🌱✂️
Working by the pond is so nice with the sound of the waterfall. 2026 goal get a moving water feature!
What a gorgeous rhubarb forcing pot. It adds a beautiful pop to the garden. I used to live in Cambridge, Idaho, about 50 miles or so north of where Aaron and Laura live. I understand that weather!. Buckle up, Buttercup.
I just love Russel he is such an easy going cat. I cant wait to see all the beautiful bubs around the pond.
❄The white stuff falling from the sky may have been Graupel. Unlike smooth, solid ice pellets (sleet), graupel (snow pellets) are soft, opaque, and consist of snowflakes coated in frozen water droplets. We get it once in awhile in MN. 🪴Could the light difference for the Eugenias moved from between the middle tables with light from the sides AND both end doors, to a much darker corner with only one side lit be the problem? It seems like a considerable change to me. Or maybe the lighting change and heating warmth, or lack of it, combined with light change was too drastic? It would be interesting to put a thermometer in both spots to measure the different temps. Just a thought…
I thought I wanted some joe Pye weed until I saw how big it got lol
It seems like the two similar plants have different locations. One is higher than the other which leads me to think it got too much warm air, or cool air. Heat rises, so maybe it was at the level of the heat? And the lower plant stayed cooler.
I have never grown rhubarb, but I love to eat it in all things sweet. Is it true that there are parts of the rhubarb which are poisonous? There is something so satisfying about yard cleanup. It must be because we know there are good things that will come in spring and we get to see it faster if we clear it out.
Your joy fills the screen :-))
Citrus not good for your Chickie's
Not that you don’t already accomplish more than most in a day, but you make my back hurt when I watch you trim big swaths of plants or grasses on your knees, ouch. You are still young enough but I see you use Dewalt tools. They have a multi tool with a long handle that has an articulating hedge pruner attachment. I use it a lot to cut down all my grasses and anything else that’s needs a haircut. You can do it all really quickly while standing up, your back will thank you in 10 years or today.

I'm wondering if it's a plant (Eugenia) that might benefit from a leaf watering from time to time??
Hey the wind blowing your hair straight back. Such a pretty fair you have
You said Paul asked what he could cut back…. let him do the anemones!
Könnt ihr immer mitfilmen, wenn ihr ein Paket bekommt, ist immer so spannend was drinne ist und was ihr damit vorhabt
are those snow drops coming up?
The clean up around the pond is letting your snow drops shine! So cute. Maybe plant more in the same area this fall for more impact? I think that is soft hail called graupel. We usually get that a few times in early spring here in central Washington.
How often do you need to replace the dirt or re pot the lemon tree? I want to try and grow a lemon tree in a pot.
Wouldn’t a clay plant pot with its clay tray work the same? Not that I don’t love the style of it…….
LOVE the sound of the waterfall while working on the Joe Pye weed!
Awesome video, I always enjoy whatever Laura does. She makes the everything so joyful and interesting. 😊
So jealous you are able to be outside cleaning! And those Hellebores are just beautiful! In Ct and we are having a blizzard today. So I was baking bread instead of playing in dirt.
