Tatsoi has a long season here, NE Texas. Started getting edible leaves in October and continued regular harvest (cut and come again method) until the middle of January. So many great meals! Now it has bolted. Vivid yellow flowers. Bees love it, even though the recent freezing nights have made them scarce for the moment.
