Moss in my Venus fly trap/sundew enclosure?

I think the soil might be too wet. There wasn't moss in the dirt​​​​ originally, but it has started growing in the last few weeks. I also spotted a small white isopod(?) in the soil this morning. Is this a sign of root rot?​
