I have had a few pot holes and low areas develop in my front lawn after years of settling from my original grading attempts. Here I got back through those spots to grade them out and plant some grass!

How many acres do you have there?
When you spread your seed, I notice you first added seed then raked, then added more seed, then raked again. Do you compress the soil afterwards?
