What plant is this and have you already propagated this cutting before? If theres node and roots it should grow but in about few weeks you just need to wait.

There should be a growing eye (auxiliary bud) at the nide, usually in or near the petiolar sheath. It will activate naturally in the wild, but if you chop the main growth point off, that will activate the buds too. The buds creates new growth points.
