Apple Tree – Graft

Hi all,

I have bought 6 scionwoods and 2 of each: Honeycrisp, crimson gold, and fuji rising sun. I was wondering where I should graft each 3 of the scionwoods. In addition, should I lightly prune now, if so, which branches or water sprouts?

Its about 6-7 tall. In ground planted last year. This is my first time. Thank you all in advance!
