I recently noticed a tree in our neighborhood is leaning at an angle over an adjacent house. Based on the type of tree and amount of lean, how concerning and potentially dangerous is the situation? Thanks!
All trees pose a risk, from a photo we can only know so much
How long has the tree been there? Is the lean recent? Has anything in the surrounding environment changed eg water drainage, impact to roots, damage to trunk?

My guess is this lean is just how this tree has grown. The other tree there would create competition for sun and appears to be older or at least was in the airspace first. The other comment here is absolutely correct about this picture is far too little to determine concern or not. If there is no obvious signs of health concerns this tree shows no sign of health from this picture alone

Get a shot during the day- show the bark and everything else – hard to tell tree health otherwise. Trees lean.
