I know this can happen, but since they were kept in a dark jar (pasta container in background) all this crazy new growth is all white! It kinda reminds me of rhubarb growth?! I can't find a similar picture to this yet with such light colored growth, and I don't know yet how to get these to root (will be researching), but I thought you guys would think it's neat! 🙂
