The bottom on on the right looks like a new growth and the other ones are kelkis!!!!!!!

If you don’t give a Dendrobium the care it needs, it will sometimes make keikis instead of flowers. It can also happen if the cane is dead at the bottom. Do any of your canes look yellow or brown at the bottom? The one you circled on bottom right is not a keiki, just a regular new cane.

This happens when there’s not enough lights during their dormant cool period and/or was still being fed could trigger it, but mostly not enough lights. I cut fertilizer comes late fall and only provide water to keep the canes from being dehydrated under bright light as they usually get during their growing period.

It’ll be helpful to learn about the requirements that your Dendrobium nobile orchid needs. Check out the American Orchid Society(aos.org) website for good information. Another option if it’s nearby is a local orchid society. There maybe members in your general area that are experienced in growing them. Good luck!
