Someone (definitely not me) let a pile of wet leaves sit too long. Tried the wet and forget/30 second/Zep outdoor cleaner stuff. Only other thing I've seen on Google was bleach/water mixture. Anyone had success cleaning this kind of stain?
Im not a pro but i would definitely try power washing or sanding it off before treating it like it was in my kitchen.

You could replace them but no guarantee they’d color match.

Time/sunlight will bleach it out. I had a corner of a seat wall that would collect leaves and stain my Unilock pavers every fall. It’d disappear every spring after the snow melt. Otherwise, LD Concrete Cleaner from Prosoco or Organic Stain Remover by SRW.

A power washer would probably remove it.
