Sometimes I feel like a masochist for not unsubscribing from this sub in the spring when it seems the whole world is in boom and my garden will still look like this for two months πŸ˜‚

You can always plant some hot peppers and join me in telepathically insisting they grow faster. I plant then end of January, and I’m not 100% on whether the frosts would be cone before june.

Lol, but this is where I come for comfort & community. Days are getting longer!

Getting more snow right now. You aren’t alone. Last frost day for me is early May. Which moved again this year.

Me + with zero indoor space suitable for seed starting. 😭

You are not alone. I’m experimenting with winter seed sowing so I do have some milk jugs out in the snow, but I’m sure ready to start some stuff inside to tide me over.

lol, yeah, we just had our first false spring last week. I’m only just NOW starting to consider MAYBE starting some seeds in a couple weeks. But honestly, I might just wait until April. We’ve had snow fall as late as April 20th here, and are falls stay pretty warm, so I’ve given up on early starts. πŸ˜…

Just stand over and stare at your indoor pepper seedlings like the rest of us

Zone 5 here. That’s why I invested in indoor seed starting equipment this year. It restores the joy of gardening a bit. I just started a small portion of my seeds, and it’s exciting to see little seedlings again.
