I recently moved into a place with this gorgeous agave in the yard. I've never taken care of one before. Should I be concerned by how droopy it looks?

I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s probably like that due to the recent (or current, depending on where you are) winter. Considering how large it is, it’s very well established at this point, you’d probably only need to water it once a month, if that.
