Hey Gary, Would you make a video of your mushroom grow station? The tubs have red lids on and there were plastic bags of medium or fruiting blocks in them. I am going to try the wine caps outside this yr but I am fasanated with growing them inside. However i heard I believe Nate fro m garden like a viking, say something about if the spores got loose inside your house it could be a Big problem . Any thoughts on this?

Are you using any kind of drainage/wicking method in your foil pans?
Buy yourself a seeding tray that will last forever, not the cheap throwaway junk you see in the video. Gary doesn't really care about plastic and the environment but that doesn't mean you shouldn't.
Thank you for your input. I will stick with what I know and what works for me and not go with this method.

I used the snail method for my spring flowers and herbs
I'll be trying the snail seed roll method this year. From the detailed videos I've seen this method seems to do well for many gardeners for all types of seeds. I think experimenting in the garden keeps it fun and interesting. and you never know what works best for you until you try it for yourself.
