Ok… real question – how the hell do they keep those beautiful mellons from getting totoally destroyed by squirrels, birds, raccoons, etc? That pic doesn’t look like it’s from inside and enclosure. Do they just sit on the porch all night with a hay stick in the mouth and a shotgun?
I’ve hand squirrels remove softball sized canteloup I had and drag them up the tree. Some days I feel like giving up 🙁
