My partner and I made the terrible mistake of laying down weed block and plopping rocks on top of it a few years ago. Now the soil below the rocks is dead and the rocks are covered in pony foot and weeds. I’ve been very slowly excavating the rocks over the last year and I have A Plan for this space, but I need a little motivation to keep going, so I am revealing this mess to y’all to keep the focus. These photos were taken a couple of weeks ago when it was still very cold.
