This was given to me as a chop and prop about a year ago and I’ve gotten a lot of leaves/growth! This new leaf is my largest leaf with a thiccc stem and I’m so happy about it. However, I’ve seen smaller leaves with fenestrations on other monsteras! I have a grow light on as well as my massive windows which get direct sun. Am I doing something wrong?

The first several leaves are whole. You’ll get the holes later. Usually within the first year.
The closer they are to the window, the stronger the light is.
