    Kind of odd for a hotel to serve all Chinese food courses in their inclusive dinner.. It is usually Japanese.. then French being the next most common… I have also been into one Ryokan in Lake Shikotsu that served Italian buffet which feels unique.. Besides this, the only other hotel I know that serves Chinese food is Dormy Inn Ikebukuro, for breakfast, which they say because there are many Chinese in Ikebukuro…which feels odd for me as well, being in Japan.
