My fiddle fig seems dying????

Hello. My fiddle fig seems dying! The leaves are drooping and many shaded. I couldn’t understand the issue as I had always been the same place. Did I over water it? It is after the last watering it started to show all these sad signs! Any idea? The black spots have been there for long..
