Today I checked my reservoir and noticed a ton of bubbles coming from my bubbler. Normally, they pop pretty quickly, but this time they just kept multiplying, and the water has turned brown and cloudy. I’m running a simple A and B nutrient mix, and I mostly have to add pH down because my pH keeps spiking up.

Any idea what’s causing this? Could it be root rot or something else? Thanks for any advice!

Cyanobacteria, pythium. drain and flush your reservoir with clean water and hydrogen peroxide a few times. You may have root rot already, check your roots. You can possibly save your plants depending on bad it is. What water temps does your reservoir avg?
