Front grass is zoysia, side and backyard are bermuda. Backyard gets sun until about 2pm and front gets sun from about 11am onwards.
Front is nice, but having some fungal spots, i tried getting rid of them and nothing worked.
Rear and side is very thin and leading to a mushy saturated backyard which the grass cant help cover at all and it turns to mud if i am not careful.
Attached pictures for reference of front and back. Could spreading seed help the bermuda? Maybe swap it to zoysia? Plugs or seed or sod?
