Had a rainy week and noticed these when checking on my small lettuces. Been manually keeping the aphids and psyllids at bay but I took out the 5-8 leaves I noticed with this white stuff.
Seems to be raised a bit from the leaf, not moving but it is a bit chilly out…
Any help appreciated

I figured it out – seems to be downy mildew. I was looking at pics of powdery mildew at first which doesn’t match.
Copper fungicide seems to be the answer so i ordered some. Will leave post up in case it helps someone in the future.
Could be edema caused from too much water
