New baby leaves stopped growing?

My fiddle pushed out a lot of new leaves over the last couple of months. A lot of the leaves got decent size.

However, there are two up top that have been this size for weeks now. There is also a small tiny baby leaf that also will not grow. Why would this happen?

During this, other leaves have came in and grew but for some reason, these specific ones aren’t growing much.

I don’t want to repot because I did probably about six months ago and that’s when it started taking off. I also don’t want to make her mad by repotting. She’s my favorite plant 🪴
