Both of these phils I got in a pretty poor condition from a grocery store
1. My ppp leaf to roll inwards slightly, its a young leaf, wondering if my lamp is too bright for it(I've moved them under a lamp 2 days ago)
2. On the 3rd pic, this leaf has been in this state for like 2 weeks or more, barely started to become green, is it normal?
3. They both have 2 5mm wicks to water them, but all the water I pour gets inhaled dry like in 3-4 days, which is seemingly too fast even considering the pots' size, should I cut off one wick or change them for a thinner one entirely? I've never had root rot, but I'm worrying it might appear if I water it too oftenly through these wicks (I pour fertilizer/water every 1,5 weeks or when half/quarter of the soil gets dry)

Try some humidity w them..when they first develop a new leaf it takes a week or so for the color to finish changing on a new leaf, so that is totally normal. Not sure why the other is not curling back up though 🤔 I’ve never had that issie. Of they seem happy w the wick system then leave it. I water my philo when the pot dries up but yours is most likely used to that system now, and changing it could have an unwanted effect on the plant.
