I was given this plant by co-workers when I left a job back in November. I never have plants because I have the opposite of a green thumb, and would have never willingly chosen to own a plant for fear of not taking good care of it, but here we are.
The tag said it was an echevaria lola, which I didn’t believe because it has never looked like any of the photos I’ve seen. It’s deformed and it’s struggling, but it’s survived for 4 months, so I’m trying. It was getting crowded in the pot it originally came in so I put it in this bigger one with succulent soil.
It’s losing leaves (?) weekly. They’ll turn orangey on the edges and then just fall off at the slightest touch. What do I do here? Is it a lost cause? 🥺

It looks like it has a bad case of powdery mildew. That is the most urgent issue.
Also, to tick off the other issues: it needs far more light, the pot is too large, and the soil mix needs far more grit. Does the pot have a drainage hole? The soil mix looks quite wet.
