Hello!
We are doing a large renovation this year with our back yard. Here is an image of our current setup.
It’s hard to tell but the yard slopes down from the fence to the bottom of the raised flower beds.
The deck and the pool are about twenty years old and we want to replace them at the same time but aren’t necessarily sold on the current setup/look.
The pool needs to stay pretty much where it is to get the most sunlight, but everything else can change completely.
Current plan is keep the same setup but replace with Trex deck, new pool, and add a hot tub.
Please share your ideas!
Thank you!

Wow. Only tip I have is to manage your expectations. In my area an inground hot tub installation starts at 200k. Above ground is closer to 20k depending on size, cement pad, electrical setup. I’d get a few bids for repairing v replacing the deck and replacing the above ground pool. Start there. Then worry about layout details and secondary design wants once you understand costs better.
