I think they’re so cute, I say keep them! They’re not harmful to the plant but they are to your pets, so definitely take them out if you have nosey pets. They are typically a sign that your substrate is staying too wet, but the plant looks pretty healthy and pothos are a little more hardy, so I’d say you’re probably good.

I hate them. Mushrooms indicate soil staying moist for too long. They can be a harbinger of nasty fungus gnats which ❤️ rich organic moist soil.
I’d gently pull out mushrooms by their stems’ bottoms using tweezers to minimize spreading their spores. Afterward, sterilize the tweezers.
