Divide it and put it in a bigger pot. These should sprout more tubers that will produce additional more tubers.

I would spread the ones that are in the first picture out some. And you could divide the rizomes if you wanted to, but thats not necessary.
For the second Pic, everything looks pretty good and spread out. Its hard to tell how big that biggest looking one to the right is, but you could possibly divide that if you wanted to.
