I don’t know it’s name, but it looks like one I have. My advice, keep it in a smallish pot. Planted mine into a very big outdoor pot and I now have more than 20 of them. They are a pain to separate since they absolutely adore breaking and I absolutely dread the job of separating them. They are gorgeous though and make beautiful little flowers
