Mold on cuttings

I think it may just be from extra humidity because I do use a dome should I keep the dome off for now until I get ride of the mold or should I keep it off permanently? And should I cut the parts with fuzzy stuff off or keep it on? and should I clean it off a little bit with rubbing alcohol
