  1. Well what a beautiful garden and house, I visited Kyoto when I was 16 visiting friends when the Kobe earthquake hit, I have found memories of such a beautiful city and walking around the temples especially at Fushimi Inari. Your videos have brought back some fantastic memories through your journey thank you

  2. Amazing work and design, beautiful garden, amazing trees, love watching your videos, well done guys, congratulations, wish I could visit,

  3. Великолепно!!!!
    Очень интересный сад получился!!!
Я очень рад, что вам удалось реализовать этот интересный проект!

  4. Congratulations! Our best wishes for you and your family. Your work is always inspiring. 🎉

  5. Congratulations on fulfilling a life goal in building this house and garden. Both are deeply intentional, wonderfully inspirational, and masterfully created. Hats off to the craftsmanship of the craftspeople who built it.

  6. Thank you for sharing your garden in this video. Amazing display. Glad the landscape artists were able to make your vision come to life. 👍👍

  7. absolutely amazing, hard to find the words for how incredible your bonsai journey has taken you. I look forward to where you go next. thank you for all the inspiration.

  8. Your bonsai origin story with Karate Kid is funny! I too watched that film when it was first released in the UK and started growing the seeds from a Douglas fir cone! (The big difference is in our trees! 😳😂 I became a pharmacist with a few native hobby trees!)
Really nice film series, thank you

  9. Incredible. A shame we were i Kyoto in May (im from Denmark and have been growing bonsai for 10y). Which type of wood is the stands on the granit poles for the bonsai trees made of and do they go grey over time?😊💚

  10. BE-AU-TI-FUL!
Not only the layout, not only all the different features, not only all the plants and bonsai, but the whole process of designing and building your dream come true! Amazing, Bjorn. All the luck and prosperity to you and your family!

  11. Congratulations Bjorn. Everything looks beautiful and thoughtful. Such an incredible achievement by you and your contractors. In this video I could see something I had been wondering over the entire building out timeframe. About the placement of the larger trees, and the types that they are, are truly going to grow into more privacy and atmosphere to where in a few years you'll feel even more like you're in a beautiful bubble when you're in it. Everything is so well done. Enjoy the fruits of seeing your dreams come true! 👏👏👏

  12. What a lovely garden. You were still in Nashville when I moved to Japan around six years ago. My first month in here I fell in love with bonsai as an art form and started my own journey into growing and training trees here in Saitama. Your videos were, and still are, some of the most helpful and inspiring to me. I'm happy that you've been able to return to Japan. I hope to be able to visit Eisei-en the next time I travel to Kyoto. Until then, thank you again for your hard work and for sharing your skills and experiences.
