Water Spout Angry

Hi everyone. I just found the group and I'm posting about my pavers project that I'm in the middle of until we got a storm in SoCal this past week with another on the way,.. I just pause.
Suggestions on how to repair and move on over it all dries?
I'm posting a couple of pics for my taste pallet and where I'm hoping to go with it. There's also a picture of what I'm thinking to do with the rain gutter spout…… thoughts???
