I've been growing the basil since fall inside. They were all started from cuttings. The mint is new and generally not worried about that. The basil was in a 2 gal plastic pot for a while which it seemed to like. I swapped it to these fabric bags and a bottom watering system to make it more "set it and forget it"..I'm not always at the house so I needed something I can leave for a week or at least a few days.

Amyway since the fabric pots it's been super temperamental. They curled a bunch for a bit which I think was likely due to the drop in cold. I now have this room at 68 degrees all the time.

I read that the fabric might let out too much water? Maybe basil is just better in plastic in which case perhaps it's something I need to drip feed from the top?

This is all new to me this year so any advice is super helpful. Light is a Vivosun A100
