Im trying to propagate my white ghost and forgot the cutting to dry by the Window. Is it dead ? It is rather soft and pale. It still seems Like it has life in it as it is still humid and i Never Watered it up until now (while trying to Save it).

Looks fine to me. I wouldn’t water for a few weeks at least and make sure it gets sun.
