NORRISTOWN — The Norristown Garden Club has announced a scholarship available for anyone studying a horticulture-related major at a local college or university.
Students in Philadelphia and the five-county area (Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery) are eligible to apply for the 2026 Norristown Garden Club Scholarship. The deadline is April 15.
Scholarships often range from $2,000 to $10,000 per person. Last year, more than $30,000 was awarded to local students. For more information and an official application, visit www.Norristowngardenclub.org.
The Norristown Garden Club Scholarship program is funded through the club’s annual Holiday House Tour and the Robert and Marion Novelli Endowment.
The Norristown Garden Club’s mission is to further interest and provide knowledge in horticulture, conservation, civic betterment, and the aesthetic use of plant material. It is the largest garden club in Pennsylvania, providing education, support and opportunities to more than 240 active members and the community they serve.
