Hi community,

I need your help/advise:

I took this cutting last year in May on Madeira island and it developed roots (at the marked spot) and also some leafs since then.

As the main part of the cutting has no roots I was asking myself if I can cut it and try to get one or more plants from it (can't see growpoints but maybe you?)? And I also asking my self if it's safe/ok for the plant to cut that part off?

As you see it's quite hard to find a good pot for that size…

Growing from just a node is hard and takes forever. You can buy another basic monstera at the grocery store for like $15. Honestly a waste of time and resources unless you just want to do it to say you did it.

Cut at any internode half way between the nodes.

Did you just steal the plant from Madeira? I’m a bit irritated.

    Wow that’s basically a tree trunk 😱
