This guy was not doing so hot but seems to be recovering. About a month ago I trimmed some of dead-er leaves and did not have high hopes about its survival. Then a day before moving apartments (about a week ago) I see the middle leaf sprouting. Hoping that’s a good omen. Now I’m noticing what I think are a bunch of new leaves?

Should I split the tjs one into multiple pots when I repot it?
In the first photo, that’s 100% thrips damage. How long ago was that? Are any of your other plants presenting with similar damage? 💚
edit: I see that it was a month ago. Please, treat everything for thrips.
