Which brings us to today’s Quickie. When, what, and how to feed your young pepper plants in the focus, so if you’re growing them this year you might want to watch this.

  1. Awsome!!! Good to know!! I've been watching you since 2020 when I really got into starting our own garden, we started with like a 6×6 spot in the corner on the yard and now our garden each year takes up about half our yard now

  2. I fertilize right from germination and I definitely see a difference. I use both a slow release and water soluble.

  3. I have tried to grow peppers here in Montana but sadly I haven't had much success. Your video gave me some much insight. Jeff can you give me any advice on where to buy short season vegetable seeds. I live in the mountains of Montana with a very short growing season. Thanks for your videos! God bless !! ❤❤

  4. I used to have great success with bell peppers; but, the last couple of years not so much. I still have pepper seeds from last year and I'm debating whether or not to try again. Also, I have not been succesful at overwintering pepper plants. I do not have a garage.

It's too early to start seeds; but, I have so many new seeds to consider.

  5. I much prefer to just water every time with a very dilute solution. About 1/4 tsp of 20-20-20 per gallon of water

  6. yup! that's what I've been doing every year and i always have abundance of fruits. thank you for sharing Jeff 😊
