This is a 16 gallon bin on top of a 27 gallon reservoir.
So-far-so-good with ever-bearing strawberries and "beit alpha" cucumbers in 50/50 coco/perlite, in grow bags. A 3-minute flood to about 6" deep happens 4x per day, drain takes about 5 minutes: 6am, 12pm, 6pm, 12am (lights on, to lights off, though the long/tube lights also turn off from 5pm-8pm for expensive electricity). The lights are 3ft 5000K Barrina from Amazon, plus 3x weird cheapie LED panels that happen to have a built-in 16hr timer.
The weird little "overflow" pot on the left is two strawberry plants (these were all bare root) in a wicking house plant pot with its own little reservoir. Same media.
Nutes are standard (tomato) Masterblend.
This is my first attempt at an ebb/flow system and I am "proper chuffed" so far!

Nice! Thanks for sharing. Where do you get the materials for your frame?
