Hi,
I know this is a recurring question, and I read many of the existing posts. But this is my first propagation, so I would like to be sure.
The general rule I read in the posts is to wait till the leaves reach 2 cm in diameter. The problem is that there are many-many baby plants, which are crowded even now. The other issue is that the mother leaf leaves even less space for them to grow.
What should I do? Should I separate them now, or wait? If wait, for how long?

I would wait a bit longer. Maybe until the leaves double in size. You can cut off some of the mother leaf. I would cut half of the top part off.
