HELP! I planted my Romas (I have 3 flats of them) the day I left for a three day trip, not thinking they would germinate that fast. Well, they did. All 50 of them. And they weren't under lights. I have them under lights now, but they are so leggy. Are they ruined or is there anything I can do to fix them?

I’m sorry, but there is no way to save these. Replant and make sure they are under lights that are only a few inches above the soil.
Tomatoes are so forgiving. They can absolutely be saved just up pot them and bury them deeper. You can go all the way up to where the leaves are. They will sprout more roots all along the stem where they are buried.
Just start over.
