Most plants grow towards light. They dont grow upwards naturally, its just how theyre sold

This is why I stake mine. They look cool growing at weird angles, but as the buds open, they create a lot of weight that will throw off the balance and start pulling the plant out of the pot. Or it just keeps tipping over.
