With spring just around the corner, many are turning their attention back to their garden, which may need a bit of a refresh after the winter months. But with the weather remaining pretty wet, you might need a dedicated spot for all your gardening tools, plant pots and other bits and pieces, and we’ve spotted a shed at Yimbly that’s currently on sale.

This Outsunny garden shed normally retails for £96.99 at Yimbly (an online marketplace run by Daily Express parent company Reach PLC) but has been discounted to £87.29.

This shed has a lean-to wall design, meaning it’s meant to be used against a wall or fence to prevent it from toppling over. It’s made from galvanised steel with a corrugated finish, making it durable enough to keep everything from garden tools and equipment to garden furniture safe from the elements. The maker says the material is water-resistant, making this an ideal shed for wet weather without worrying about potential damp or mould, which can occur with wooden sheds.

The shed is completely open inside, making it super customisable as you can use it as is or add shelves to keep your garden accessories organised. The door is fitted with a latch to keep it securely shut, and the roof is sloped to prevent rainwater and debris from collecting on top.

In terms of size, it’s not too big, so it can easily fit in the bottom of the garden, and even on a patio. It measures 160cm high at its tallest point, with a roof width of 100cm and a depth of 103cm. Inside, it measures 83cm by 86cm, while the bottom is 94cm wide and 98cm deep.

A shopper who bought the shed directly from Outsunny, where it’s more expensive than at Yimbly, said it “does what it says on the tin” and that they had no problems assembling it.

The brand recommends three people for the assembly, but most shoppers found the shed easy to put together. One said:

Another said it was “compact and tidy,[and] easy to assemble”.

A third wrote: “I bought this for my husband to put his tools away at the allotment. It was just what he needed. Not too big or small, and it came at a great price. Easy to make up, but it will need two of you.”

Some were not satisfied with the material the shade is made of, with one shopper saying they found it “a bit thin.” They added: “Personally had to make extra reinforcement. I think it is very compatible for open areas, but it can be tried for areas with walls behind or next to it.”
