Shade is important in creating micro-climates and protecting our homes, and thus us, from the heat caused by rising temperatures.
On ABC Talkback Gardening Ben Freeman from Freshford Plant Nursery joined Deb Tribe & Sophie Thomson to talk about his favourite shade trees for small, medium & large gardens.
Freeman said, “A lot of those large trees can be legacy trees”.
