Is this a fungal infection on my pothos? I’ve dealt with plenty of pest issues but this would be my first fungal issue. Roots look healthy, I have them in an aroid mix and I’m a chronic underwater-er so I would be shocked if this is root rot related (I just watered her yesterday which is why soil is wet). She’s near a north facing window so there’s not much light that comes from there, so I have her under a grow light, maybe 6 inches above. She looks perfectly healthy otherwise. How do I treat this?

Following bc I’m having yellow spotting issues too also under a grow light , also golden pothos 🙁
