Hello, I just wanted to share my experience. I live in the high desert and it's winter time which is usually a no for taking cuttings but I get a lot of them pop up out of my big lady so I wanted to experiment. I initially had them propped inside of a rock wool cube and I side of a humidity dome for like a month. I removed them from the dome after day 30 to avoid any mold issues etc and planted them directly in these paper cups. Three weeks later they popped out a new leaf and I moved them to an idea with indoor lighting access and they're taking off!

5 more little baby's and the big plant has put off like 7 new shoots at the bottom in that time so I may repeat and just go crazy with it.
