The leaves are turning yellow/brown with spots. All the leaves are drooping/hanging down. I repotted the monstera and checked for root rot, which it doesn’t have. Please help!!

Did you move the plant? Was it exposed to cold air? It looks like cold damage and considering the first picture looks nothing like the second I’m guessing this was moved outside?

I’m no expert by any means but looks like it’s super sad and misses its window 😭

Is this a draining pot? I can see the first picture is and makes sense why you didn’t see root rot when repotting. It might be worth a little investigating to see if the stems are becoming discolored from the base. The top leaf on the right worries me to the point where you might even consider cutting and propagating if it gets any worse!

Imo I feel like it’s not getting enough light. Self watering & leca tho could be a recipe for needing more water in my experience. How often do you check self watering?

It looks like it got mad at you for moving it. 🤔

Looking at the leaves, they are turning away from that grow light – I think it’s too much and the indirect light from the window was its happy place.
