Thank you for posting to r/plantclinic!

It looks like you may be asking about a cactus or succulent. In addition to any advice you receive here, please consider visiting r/cactus r/succulents for more specialized care advice.

A common problem with cacti and succulents is etiolation. This is when a succulent stretches or becomes leggy. Reply with “!etiolation” for advice.

Get rid of what? The white puffy things in the first picture?

Look I haven’t seen anything and everything under the sun but I have never seen spider mites get to a cactus. They’re too tough. Again. I could be wrong but I don’t see anything in your photos either

Step 1 to any pest issue is identification. Get a 10x jeweler’s loupe so you can really see what you’re dealing with, a nice one is about $20. I agree something is going on but I’m not seeing the telltale webbing that spider mites produce.

Tiny round red bugs? We had those on our cacti and I’m pretty sure they are? I don’t remember what my mom did to treat them but I know they hurt the plants and it took a while to get rid of them (sorry if this wasn’t helpful)
